Lion’s mane is widely recognized as a staple in traditional medicine. It is recognized for its potential cognitive benefits. Powder is often used in teas.

Freeze drying helps preserve more of the mushroom’s natural nutrients. However, it does not sterilize the product. Once rehydrated, mushrooms should be thoroughly cooked to ensure they are safe to eat.

Usage instructions: To use, rehydrate by soaking in warm water for 15–20 minutes before cooking.
