Freeze Dried Black Pearl King Trumpet Mushrooms

Thick white stem with a mild savory flavour. They have a meaty texture, making them a good substitute for scallops. Can be grilled, sautéed, stir-fried, or used in soups and stews. Popular as a meat substitute.

Freeze drying helps preserve more of the mushroom’s natural nutrients. However, it does not sterilize the product. Once rehydrated, mushrooms should be thoroughly cooked to ensure they are safe to eat.

Usage instructions: To use, rehydrate by soaking in warm water for 15–20 minutes before cooking.
