Freeze Dried Snow White Oyster Mushrooms

Bright white fan shaped cap with gills. Delicate sweet, woody flavour. Firm velvety texture holds up well when cooked. Suitable for stir fries, sautéing, roasting and grilling.

Freeze drying helps preserve more of the mushroom’s natural nutrients. However, it does not sterilize the product. Once rehydrated, mushrooms should be thoroughly cooked to ensure they are safe to eat.

Usage instructions: To use, rehydrate by soaking in warm water for 15–20 minutes before cooking.
