Dehydrated Chestnut Mushrooms

Shaggy chestnut brown cap with light brown gills underneath. Mild nutty flavour with a hint of pepper. Remains firm after cooking with silky caps and crunchy stems. Commonly roasted or sautéed. Add to soup, stir-fries and sauces.

Usage instructions: To use, soak in warm water for 15-20 minutes (until desired texture). Reserve water to be used in soup, stew or sauce.
